Amica Mature Lifestyles : Announces 2014 Annual General Meeting Voting Results

(TSX Symbol: ACC) – Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. (“Amica” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders (the “Shareholders”) held on September 30, 2014 (the “Meeting”) in Toronto, Ontario.

A total of 14,496,334 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”), representing 47.07% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares as at August 18, 2014 (the Record Date for the Meeting) were voted in connection with the Meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of the following directors:
