On February 23, 2022, Curtis R. Smith, the Chief Marketing Officer of American Outdoor Brands, Inc. (the
Company"), tendered his resignation, effective March 10, 2022, in order to pursue an opportunity outside of the
company's industry of products and accessories for rugged outdoor enthusiasts.
American Outdoor Brands, Inc. is a provider of outdoor lifestyle products and shooting sports accessories. The Company's outdoor lifestyle products and shooting sports accessories include hunting, fishing, outdoor cooking, camping, shooting, and personal security and defense products, for rugged outdoor enthusiasts.
