American Copper Development Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets. The Company is involved in the process of acquiring and exploring exploration and evaluation assets. The Company is focused on its Lordsburg Project, which is located in Lordsburg, New Mexico. The project covers approximately 18,700 acres of land, including 100 patented claims totaling 1900 acres. The Company also operates Chuchi South Copper-Gold property, which is an early-stage copper-gold porphyry deposit that consists of approximately 13 mineral tenures covering approximately 31.2 square kilometers (km2). The project is located approximately five kilometers (km) south of the Chuchi Lake Copper-Gold deposit and approximately 32 km northwest of Centerra Goldâs Mt. Milligan copper-gold mine.
