Amcil Limited Announces Retirement of Ross Barker as Director, Effective January 31, 2021

Mr. Ross Barker has advised the Board of Amcil Limited of his intention to retire with effect from the 31 January 2021. Mr. Barker has been a Director of the Company since May 1996 and was Managing Director from February 2001 to December 2017. Mr. Barker transitioned to a Non- Executive Director in January 2018 and has been a member of both the Audit Committee and Investment Committee.
