Alue Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7043) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 42,200 shares, representing 1.65% of the outstanding shares for ¥61 million. The purpose of the program is to allot shares for transfer following the exercise of stock options. The program will run until July 31, 2019. As of March 31, 2019, the company had 2,554,400 shares outstanding and 0 shares in treasury.
