Altshuler Shaham Finance Ltd signed an agreement to acquire 80% stake in CrediTeam from Gil Topaz and Hagar Peretz Dayan for ILS 27 million.

Altshuler Shaham Finance Ltd (TASE:ALTF) signed an agreement to acquire 80% stake in CrediTeam from Gil Topaz and Hagar Peretz Dayan for ILS 27 million on June 10, 2024. A cash consideration of ILS 27 million will be paid by Altshuler Shaham Finance Ltd. Upon completion, the business will be managed through a new company, Altshuler Shaham Credit, in which Altshuler Shaham Finance will hold 80% and Topaz and Peretz Dayan 10% each.
