Alternergy Holdings Corporation subsidiary, Alternergy Tanay Wind Corporation, on June 04, 2024, held a ceremony to commence the construction of the Tanay Wind Power Project. The short ceremony was held in Brgy. San Andres, Tanay, one of ATWC's host barangays.
The Tanay Wind Power Project will have a total gross capacity of 112 MW with a target completion by November 2025 in compliance with its award under the Green Energy Auction 2 of the DOE.
