Budapest, Kórház utca 6-12., company registration number: Cg.01-10-045985; hereinafter "ALTEO") complies with its obligation to disclose extraordinary information specified in Section 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets, as well as Subsection 1.18. of Annex No. 4 of Government Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) of the Ministry of Finance - validation of a large order contract awarded by the issuer - as follows:

ALTEO and BC-ERŐMŰKft. (registered office: H-3700 Kazincbarcika, Bolyai tér 1.; company

registration number: Cg. 05-09-007481; tax number: 11795346-4-05) agreed on the operation and maintenance agreement concluded between the parties on September 29, 1999, amended time by time (hereinafter: "Agreement"), that in order to maintain their long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation, they again, after the termination of the Agreement enter into a long-term operation and maintenance agreement for a further period of 15 years, which agreement was signed today. The newly signed contract provides energy supply to one of the largest industrial companies in the country, BorsodChem Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: 3700 Kazincbarcika, Bolyai tér 1.; company registration number: Cg.05-10-000054), thus strengthening ALTEO's leading position in B2B energy solutions business. According to the terms of the newly signed contract ALTEO will continue to perform operation and maintenance services of a power plant and a steam boiler owned by BC-ERŐMŰ Kft. until 31 December 2036.
