Alsons Consolidated Resources, Inc. announced election of Tomas I. Alcantara and Nicasio I. Alcantara as directors of the company. The company also approved the election of Tomas I. Alcantara as chairman of Executive & Corp. Governance Committee and Editha I. Alcantara, Thomas G. Aquino, Jose Ben R. Laraya and Tirso G. Jr. Santillan appointed as members of Executive & Corp. Governance Committee. Editha I. Alcantara, Robert F. Yenko and Sylvia M. Duque appointed to retirement committee. Tomas I. Alcantara appointed as chairman of Compensation Committee and Honorio A. Poblador III, Jose Ben R. Laraya and Tirso G. Jr. Santillan appointed as members of Executive & Corp. Governance Committee. Tomas I. Alcantara appointed as chairman of Nomination & Election Committee and Jose Ben R. Laraya, Nicasio I. Alcantara and Sylvia M. Duque appointed as members of Nomination & Election Committee. Jose Ben R. Laraya appointed as chairman of Audit, Risk & Related Party Transaction Committee and Editha I. Alcantara, Tirso G. Jr. Santillan, Jacinto C. Jr. Gavino and Ramon T. Diokno appointed as members of Audit, Risk & Related Party Transaction Committee. The board appointed Mr. Esperidion D. Develos, Jr. as Chief Audit Executive reporting directly to the audit committee.

Property Development segment acquires, develops, sells and holds for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds, subleases office spaces and manufactures door and house frames.
