NOTICE TO THE MARKET

ALLPARK - EMPREENDIMENTOS, PARTICIPAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ("Company" or "Estapar") announces to its shareholders and the market in general that, as of February 15, 2023, BTG PACTUAL SERVIÇOS FINANCEIROS S/A DTVM ("BTG Pactual" or "New Bookkeeper") will become the depository financial institution for the book-entry shares issued by the Company, replacing Banco Bradesco S.A. ("Bradesco Bank").

Therefore, as of the date above mentioned, service to shareholders ("Book-Recording Shareholder") will be carried out by BTG Pactual through the [e-mail]. In order for BTG Pactual to provide correct service, the Book- Recording Shareholder must always keep their registration data updated with the New Bookkeeper.

Shareholders with shares in custody at B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão will continue to be serviced normally by their respective securities brokers and/or custody agents, with no interruption in the trading of the Company's shares.

Due to the migration process, services to Registered Shareholder will be suspended between February 7th and 14th, 2023, in order to carry out the following procedures:

1. Position consultation;
2. Transfer of shares outside the stock exchange;
3. Transfer of custody;
4. Payments of any pending events;
5. Registration update;
6. Registration of encumbrances, among others.

Share transfer orders (custody transfers) blocked by Banco Bradesco, without the corresponding deposit having taken place, will be forwarded to BTG Pactual for completion of the process, which will remain valid until the respective due date.

It is worth noting that this change will not imply any change in the rights granted to shares issued by the Company, including those related to possible distributions of dividends and capital remuneration. Also, any payments will be made to the same checking account previously indicated by the Registered Shareholder.
