MATERIAL FACT

ALLPARK EMPREENDIMENTOS, PARTICIPAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ("Company" or "Estapar"), in compliance with Article 157, § 4º, of Law No. 6.404, of 1976, as amended, and with Comissão de Valores Mobiliários ("CVM") Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021, as amended, in continuation of the material facts disclosed on January 27, 2022 and on July 12, 2022 and to the notice to the market disclosed on July 5, 2022, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on the date hereof, after the fulfilment of the conditions precedent, closing of the transaction set forth in Association and Investment Agreement and Other Covenants entered into by its subsidiary Ecovagas Carregadores Elétricos Ltda. ("Ecovagas") on July 11, 2022, related to the investment made by Ecovagas in Zletric Comercial Eletroeletrônica S.A. ("Zletric") has taken place.

Due to the implementation of the transaction mentioned above, Ecovagas became a relevant shareholder of Zletric, through the contribution of assets previously owned by Ecovagas, formalizing the association between Ecovagas and Zletric to explore large- scale Brazilian electromobility market, through the recharging infrastructure of electrified vehicles in the commercial sector (such as parking lots located in airports, commercial buildings, malls, arenas, hospitals, among others), fleet sector (such as corporate fleets, car rental companies and logistics operators) and also in the residential sector (with solutions and technology for residential condominiums and final costumers).

The Company will maintain its shareholders and the market in general informed by events that may influence the price of its securities or the investors' decision to buy, sell, hold or exercise any rights inherent to the condition of holder of securities issued by the Company or referenced thereto, pursuant to CVM Resolution 44.
