Alliance MMA, Inc. ("Alliance MMA" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:AMMA), a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) company that brings together leading regional productions to build the next generation of MMA champions, announced today an extensive list of upcoming matchups for SuckerPunch Entertainment clients, as well as the signings of two new talented prospects.
Acquired by Alliance MMA in January of this year, SuckerPunch Entertainment is one of the top fighter management firms in all of MMA, and currently boasts a roster of over 100 fighters, many of whom compete at the highest level of competition in the UFC and other nationally-based promotions.

In the month of May, SuckerPunch Entertainment signed two fighters, Featherweight Tucker Lutz (3-1 Pro, 8-0 Amateur) and Heavyweight Chris Birchler (6-2 Pro, 3-0 Amateur.)
