APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board of directors (the "Board") of Alliance Healthcare Group Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that Ms Karen Ji Cuihua has today joined the Group and her appointment as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Mr Phillip Lim Lian Teng will take effect from 2 August 2021.

Mr Phillip Lim Lian Teng will be serving his notice period and his last day of employment with the Group is 30 September 2021 (or such other date that the Company and Mr Lim may mutually agree). Mr Lim will ensure proper handover of duties to Ms Karen Ji Cuihua during the transition period.

The particulars of Ms Karen Ji Cuihua pursuant to the requirements of Rule 704(6)(a) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist will be furnished in a separate announcement.
