SUBJECT	: Resignation of Mr. Derya Uztürk, Independent Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Derya Uztürk, who has been serving as the independent member of the Board of Directors, has notified the Board that he has taken up a full-time position at another organization, which may not allow him to dedicate time to his commitments at Aksa Enerji Üretim A.Ş., and thus resigned from his position as the independent Board Member on September 5, 2018.

The resignation of Mr. Uztürk has been accepted, and the necessary procedure has commenced to meet the minimum number of independent Board Members set out in Clause F, Article 4.3.2. of CMB's Corporate Governance Principles.
