AJ Advance Technology Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform that on August 15th, 2022, the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AMR Asia Public Company Limited ("AMR") the following details:

Objective	Studying and developing business of "Ma Charge Platform" (Ma
	Charge Cloud or MCC) for electric motorcycles (EV bikes) by AMR
	and the Company, intend to do the business together in selling and
	renting electric motorcycles and also installation of electric
	motorcycle battery charging stations, Including services, repairs and
	maintenance of the battery swapping stations and software system in
	the management of the information of the uses of electric motorcycles
	Batteries and battery charging stations to users of electric
	motorcycles in Thailand.
Total value of the transaction	The value is not set in the MOU.
Termination of Memorandum	This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is valid for a period of 1
of Understanding (MOU)	year from the date of signing of this MOU.
