AIBIT Co., Ltd., formerly Foxbrain Co., Ltd., is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of testing devices and measuring systems for semiconductors and displays. The Company's products portfolio includes probe cards, micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) probe cards, MEMS units, probe units, laser micro-processing systems and optic systems used for semiconductor wafer testing, liquid crystal display (LCD) panel visual testing, chip pattern testing and fission product detection (FTD) class testing. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
