AHB Holdings Berhad appointed Miss Lay Zhing Yin, age 27, Female as Independent and Non Executive Independent Director, effective 21 June 2023. Professional Qualification Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from Sunway College. Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from Sunway College and Certified Accounting Technician from Sunway College.

Working experience and occupation: January 2018 - April 2018: Audit Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers. October 2018 - June 2019: Account Officer in Tricor Business Services Sdn Bhd. June 2019 - June 2022: Account Executive in F&B Nutrition Sdn Bhd.
