Agroenergy Invest ADSITS Sofia, formerly Fond za zemedelska zemia Mel Invest ADSITS Sofia, is a Bulgaria-based real estate investment trust. The Company specializes in the acquisition of property rights on agricultural land, as well as on self-contained individual properties and newly constructed multifunctional administrative, residential and commercial buildings in order to renovate, lease, rent or sell them. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was Ventcher Ekuiti Balgaria EAD with a stake of 98%.
