The board of directors of Agricultural Bank of China Limited announced that, due to his age, Mr. HU Xiaohui has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director, a member of each of the Strategic Planning Committee, the County Area Banking Business/Inclusive Finance Development Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of the Bank.
