African Export-Import Bank Approves Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2023, Payable 21 August 2024

Following the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting of the African Export-Import Bank, Shareholders approved a total dividend of USD 264.6 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2023. A dividend of USD 0.287 per Depositary Receipt (DR) has been approved for distribution to the Bank's DR holders, registered at the close of business on 14 August 2024. The DRs will trade cum-dividend up to the market day of 9 August 2024 and ex-dividend from 1 2 August 2024.

DR holders will receive their dividends through the Depositary Bank, SBM Capital Markets Limited, from 21 August 2024.
