Graña y Montero S.A.A. announced the resignation of Mr. Rafael Venegas Vidaurre to the Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Committee as well as to the chairmanship of it. Consequently, Mr. Alfonso de Orbegoso Baraybar has been appointed as Chairman of the Risks, Compliance and Sustainability Committee.
