Company Advantaged Canadian High Yield Bond Fund

Advantaged Canadian High Yield Bond Fund is a closed-end investment fund. The Fund's investment objectives are to preserve and enhance the net asset value of the Fund, and provide unitholders with quarterly distributions through investment in the Portfolio of Canadian high yield fixed income securities (Canadian HY Corporate Bonds). The Fund invests a minimum of approximately 80% of the net asset value of the Fund, excluding cash and cash equivalents, in Canadian HY Corporate Bonds. The Fund may invest over 20% of the net asset value of the Fund in fixed income securities issued or guaranteed by the Government of Canada, senior loans, investment grade bonds and convertible debentures issued by Canadian and the United States issuers. The Portfolio may be invested in securities that are denominated in foreign currencies, including securities of a United States dollar denominated high yield exchange traded fund (ETF). High Rock Capital Management Inc. is the manager of the Fund.
