Advance Residence Investment Corporation agreed to acquire trust beneficiary rights of six properties from G. K. RISING4 for ¥9.1 billion.
Chester Court Ochanomizu reported net operating income of ¥0.16 million, RESIDIA Kanda-Iwamotocho II reported net operating income of ¥0.07 million, RESIDIA Shinagawa reported net operating income of ¥0.05 million, RESIDIA Akihabara reported net operating income of ¥0.05 million, RESIDIA Asakusa-Azumabashi reported net operating income of ¥0.05 million, and RESIDIA Nihonbashi-Bakurocho III reported net operating income of ¥0.1 million as at December 1, 2014. The transaction is expected to be completed by April 14, 2015. Japan Real Estate Institute acted as appraiser in the transaction.
