MARINA DEL REY, Calif., May 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AdStar, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: ADST) today announced that it has not concluded a
definitive agreement with Relevantis and that negotiations have terminated.
AdStar will continue to seek to leverage its core technology assets by seeking
