APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

Reference was made to the announcements of Add New Energy Investment Holdings Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") dated 17 May 2019 and 18 June 2019 relating to, among others, the retirement of PricewaterhouseCoopers (the "Former Auditor") at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company held on 18 June 2019 (the "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that as recommended by the audit committee of the Company, the Board appointed Crowe (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor of the Group with effect from 25 October 2019 (the "Appointment") to fill the vacancy occasioned by the retirement of the Former Auditor pursuant to article 176(a) of the Articles of Association of the Company. The term of the Appointment shall be expired at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
