ASX ANNOUNCEMENT Stephen Llanwarne appointed to the board and Chieh Suang Khor appointed as an alternate Director

migme limited ("migme" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Stephen Llanwarne has been appointed to the board of migme and Chieh Suang Khor, has been appointed as an alternate Director for existing non-executive Director, Dmitry Levit.
Stephen joins as an Australian based non-executive Director and brings to the Company over 30 years of experience across retail and institutional financial technology, as well as mobile web, mobile applications and social media.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Business in Information Technology and is currently a consultant in the information technology sector. He has been associated with migme since 2005.

Chieh Suang is a Principal at Digital Media Partners, a Singaporean venture capital firm specialising in the emerging digital markets across South East Asia. She has a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Electrical and Electronics.

Chieh Suang is based in Singapore.

During this current significant growth phase, migme welcomes the expansion of the board and the addition of the skills and experience of Mr Llanwarne and Ms Khor.
