The Company has been informed that on 4 February 2019 Mr Mark Hadsley-Chaplin, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 550p per share.

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Mr Hadsley-Chaplin and his closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate representing 0.065% of the Company's voting rights.
