Ablerex Electronics Co., Ltd. announced the establishment of Audit Committee. Name and resume of the new position holders: Y.J. Ding- GM of Waterland Financial Holdings and independent director of the company; S.G. Wang- Honorary Chairperson of the Republic of China Underground Pipeline Technology Association and independent director of the company; Y.L. Su- Chairperson of YuGwan Energy Co., Ltd. and independent director of the company. Effective date of new appointment was June 19, 2020.
