Ability Drilling's contract in Jordan concluded

Ability Drilling has concluded its work with customer Porosity Ltd.
in Jordan. The termination comes after completion of the tests of the
first well. Land rig 1, which has been employed by Porosity Ltd.
since June, will now undergo maintenance before being offered to new
customers. Ability Drilling is in negotiations with other potential
customers for new employment for the rig.

Ability Drilling's Land rig 1 started operations in Jordan on 10 June
2008. The rig operated on a 7 month contract with Porosity Ltd.

"We have learned a lot during this operation, where we had some
operational challenges in the first few months," says CEO Hans Petter
Eikeland;"we are now much better prepared for our next mission in the
region. The discontinuation of the contract with Porosity means that
Ability Drilling is free to negotiate other drilling projects for the
rig".
