AAK AB (publ.) Approves Dividend, Payable on May 22, 2019; Approves Board and Committee Appointments

AAK AB (publ.) elected Patrik Andersson as new board member, at its AGM held on May 15, 2019. The company also approved the new election of Åsa Nisell (Swedbank Robur fonder) as members of the Nomination Committee in respect of the Annual General Meeting 2020.
In accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors, the Meeting resolved to declare a dividend of SEK 1.85 per share. May 17, 2019 was determined as record day for the payment of dividend. Payment from Euroclear Sweden AB is expected to commence on May 22, 2019.
