Prague / Budapest, 26 April 2013 - AAA Auto Group N.V., listed on the stock exchanges in Prague and Budapest, herein announces a change to one date in the calendar for publication of the company's financial results for 2013

AAA Auto Group N.V. will report its audited consolidated financial results for 2012 together with the Annual Report 2012 on 26 April 2013, and not on 30 April 2013, as previously announced.
