A SELF-ADMINISTERED REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST INC. KwangHee Development-Oriented Self-Administered Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. (KOSE:A140910) agreed to acquire 53 lots in Hawangsipri-dong, Seongdong-gu for KRW 35 billion on April 19, 2013. The Board of Directors of KwangHee resolved to undertake the transaction on April 19, 2013. The transaction is expected to close on August 2, 2013.
