Karishma Jain and Babita Jain agreed to acquire 51% stake in Four Lions Films Private Limited from 52 Weeks Entertainment Limited for INR 18.4 million.

Karishma Jain and Babita Jain agreed to acquire 51% stake in Four Lions Films Private Limited from 52 Weeks Entertainment Limited (BSE:531925) for INR 18.4 million on November 29, 2018. As per terms, Karishma Jain and Babita Jain will pay INR 352.7 per share to acquire 52,040 equity shares. The transaction is approved by the board of directors of 52 Weeks Entertainment Limited. The transaction is subject to approval from the shareholders of 52 Weeks Entertainment Limited in the extraordinary general meeting to be held on December 24, 2018.
