ANCHOR QUESTION OFF-CAMERA (ENGLISH) SAYING:

Your very two top: PDF Solutions and Akamai Technologies. These are two tech companies. One is involved in integrated circuit manufacturing, some servicing there. The other is looking at cloud computing. Do you prefer some of these tech names that deal with the corporate side as opposed to consumers? Is that the growth story?

NEEDHAM FUNDS PORTFOLIO MANAGER JOHN BARR (ENGLISH) SAYING:

We really look for growth equities that are undiscovered and underfollowed by the street- And these two clearly, yeah. And these are in particular, PDF Solutions, when we bought it, it was a micro cap only followed by one analyst. And we saw that there was a good opportunity for growth with them with ramping next-generation semiconductor fabs. With Akamai, it has now moved from a mid cap when we bought it to a large cap but we think they have great growth opportunity with their content delivery network and enterprise security products.

ANCHOR QUESTION OFF-CAMERA (ENGLISH) SAYING:

Are they fairly priced currently?

NEEDHAM FUNDS PORTFOLIO MANAGER JOHN BARR (ENGLISH) SAYING:

We think in Akamai's case that there is lots of room for upside. The stock had a little bit difficult of a quarter as one of their major customers is up for renewal and the market was a little concerned, what kind of pricing they would get for that. But they provide enterprise security in a way that no one else does and so we think that there's good growth opportunities there. With PDF Solutions, we think they have an opportunity to double the size of their business over time as they move from just licensing to the manufacturers to licensing, and providing services to the fabless chip companies like Qualcomm and Broadcom.
