Large cryptocurrencies were mixed during U.S. morning trading on Friday, with Solana seeing the biggest move, dropping 3.87% to $143.50.


Avalanche led the increases with a 1.61% climb to $28.44.

Two other currencies posted drops Friday. Cardano fell 1.44% to 39 cents, and Bitcoin inched down 0.27% to $61,285.90.

In addition to Avalanche, five other cryptocurrencies saw increases. Dogecoin rose 0.88% to 13 cents, and Chainlink rose 0.85% to $14.41.

Ripple rose 0.78% to 48 cents, and Polkadot rose 0.73% to $6.37.

Ethereum, which saw the smallest increase, rose 0.07% to $3,443.33.

In crypto-related company news, shares of Coinbase Global Inc. slipped 0.41% to $223.09, while MicroStrategy Inc. shed 3.67% to $1,469.49. Riot Platforms Inc. shares slid 0.33% to $9.09, and shares of Marathon Digital Holdings Inc. rose 0.36% to $19.73.

Block Inc. rose 0.30% to $63.58 and Tesla Inc. rose 2.55% to $202.45.

PayPal Holdings Inc. inched down 0.24% to $58.23, and Ebang International Holdings Inc. shares increased 3.03% to $6.16. NVIDIA Corp. increased 1.92% to $126.37, and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. rose 2.55% to $163.54.

In the fund space, blockchain-focused Amplify Transformational Data Sharing ETF rose 0.20% to $35.81. The Bitwise Crypto Industry Innovators ETF, which is focused on pure-play crypto companies, inched down 0.29% to $13.73.
