The Help to Buy Show is coming to Worcester on Saturday 20 January 2018.

Help to Buy Midlands is bringing its show to Worcestershire to help more local people into home ownership.

The free Help to Buy event will provide visitors with an opportunity to meet a range of housing professionals, who can help would-be-homeowners unlock their buying potential and get onto the property ladder.

With new-build house builders, mortgage advisors and solicitors on hand, visitors to the roadshow can increase their property knowledge and leave with lots of useful information. The Help to Buy Midlands team will also be there to explain more about the different home buying options that are available with the Help to Buy scheme.

Exhibitors at the Worcester Help to Buy event include house builders with new build properties available to buy through the Help to Buy Equity Loan and Shared Ownership schemes, along with financial advisors, who will be providing free mortgage assessments and advice throughout the day. There will also be solicitors providing guidance on the conveyancing process.

Help to Buy Shows are not just for first-time buyers, they are also for people thinking about moving up the property ladder, or downsizing to a smaller home.
