Wit or Witout Philly Cheesesteaks will introduce potential investors to its one-of-a-kind concept during an open house on Thursday, February 6, 2014, in Fort Washington, Penn.

Winner of Guy Fieri's Cheesesteak Battle and a Philadelphia Magazine "Best of Philly" award-winner, Wit or Witout recently began franchising. "People come from around the world to get an authentic Philly cheesesteak - chopped or flat, with or without onions - served with Philly flair," said Founder Tony Altomare. "Now, we're taking that distinctive taste and city attitude to the people, wherever they may be."

The open house will be at the Hilton Garden Inn, 530 Pennsylvania Ave., Fort Washington, from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Wit or Witout Philly Cheesesteaks (You want that "wit" onions or "witout?") is the only true "born and raised in Philly" franchised sandwich concept that serves award-winning Philly cheesesteaks, South Philly hoagies and original steak burgers called Sturgers. Its prototypes are well suited to a variety of urban and suburban settings.

An incentive of 50 percent off the franchise fee is being offered to qualified open house attendees who become a Wit or Witout franchise partner. Territories are available in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and New York.

Two Wit or Witout restaurants currently operate in the Philadelphia area with a third set to open in Hamilton, N.J. in early spring.
