Lamparske’s extensive background includes more than 15 years in digital marketing and communications with an array of organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 200 brands.

“Amy has a proven track record of implementing global strategic communications plans and activations by leveraging her expertise across interactive marketing, e-commerce, social media and search,” said W2O President Bob Pearson. “She has held leadership roles that provided her with unique exposure to the breadth of digital and social capabilities and programs executed by industry-leading companies. She will be based in the Minneapolis office and partner with Adam Cossman, Chief Digital Officer, and Jeff Rohwer, Managing Director of Digital Strategy and Innovation, to oversee and build a fully integrated digital team across W2O Group’s three operating units. Cossman and Rohwer joined W2O Group late last year as part of its acquisition of Sentient to strengthen its digital offering notably in paid media and search optimization. In 2016, Sentient had significant business in paid media (search, display, online video, etc.), and W2O Group steadily increased its management of paid social media and search on behalf of its healthcare and global brands/technology clients.

Sentient’s digital media function coupled with W2O’s paid social and search capabilities will function as a solid platform on which the company will continue to build out a robust PESO digital media. This will open up new revenue streams for current W2O clients. The combination of Sentient and W2O also increases the firm’s competitiveness with other digital and media agencies. Further, W2O Group is building its current Search Engine Marketing (SEM) capabilities including paid search campaigns (PPC) and organic search optimization efforts (SEO). The firm is poised to add new search offerings such as “search media relations” to evolve how clients think of search in the context of their broader marketing and communications plans.
