CHANGE OF COMPANY LOGO
The board of directors of Vanke Property (Overseas) Limited (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce that the logo of the Company has been changed to with immediate effect.
The new logo was launched by China Vanke Co., Ltd. (''China Vanke''), the ultimate holding company of the Company, at the grand opening of Vanke Pavilion at Milan Expo
2015 as a reflection of the internationalization of the businesses of China Vanke and its transition to an integrated urban property service provider in the Internet-plus era. The Company's logo has therefore been changed accordingly. The new logo will be printed on the relevant corporate documents of the Company, including but not limited to, the Company's share certificates, interim and annual reports and announcements.
The change of the Company's logo will not affect any of the rights of the shareholders of the Company. All existing share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the Company's former logos will continue to be evidence of title to the shares of the Company and will be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery for the same number of shares of the Company. As such, no arrangement will be made for free exchange of the existing share certificates of the Company for the new shares certificates bearing the Company's new logo.
