Las Vegas, entertainment capital of the world, will be the host city of our Chronic Disease Prevention & Management in Primary Care conference in 2017. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), chronic diseases and conditions, such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and arthritis, are among the most common, costly, and preventable of all health problems in the nation.
