Bring your family and friends on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, for a 5-kilometer run or walk through beautiful Zoo Miami to benefit Chapman Partnership and help to raise funds to empower homeless men, women and children in Miami-Dade County lead independent lives. Adam Kuperstein, NBC 6 News Anchor and Host of the Kup & Crowder Show on 560 WQAM, will host and MC the RunWild 5k event. Online registration is $28.

Competitive awards will be given to the top three males and females in each age category from 8 and under to 75 years and older. Top overall male and female participants will also receive a one year Zipcar membership and a $100 driving credit.

Proceeds from the RunWild 5k Run / Walk will benefit Chapman Partnership, which helps the homeless become self sufficient with a comprehensive case-managed program that includes emergency housing, meals, health and dental care, day care, job training, job placement, and assistance with securing housing.
