Winnipeg, Manitoba January 19, 2012 - Temple Real Estate Investment Trust ("TREIT") (TSX Venture: TR.UN) announced today a distribution of $0.04 per unit ($0.48 per unit on an annualized basis) for the month of January 2012. Payment will be made on February 15, 2012 to the Unitholders of record as of January 31, 2012.
