Technics Oil& Gas Limited (code: 911613) has circumstance provided in subparagraph 1, paragraph 1, Article 12-4 of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx, as the company fails to publicly announce and file its 2016 annual report, when a securities firm accepts an order to buy or sell Taiwan Depository Receipts (TDR) of Technics Oil & Gas Limited (code: 911613), the securities broker shall continue to collect full amount of the purchase price or securities for sale in advance. However, since the company's Taiwan Depository Receipts (TDR) is under suspension since June 2, 2016, therefore, the trading of the company's Taiwan Depository Receipts (TDR) will remain under suspension.
