As lawmakers arrive in Sacramento to begin the 2018 legislative session, local families and school leaders will join together to raise awareness about K-12 education options available to all students.

WHAT:

  • The California celebration of National School Choice Week will begin at 5:00 PM and feature speaker presentations, family dinner, museum tour, scavenger hunt and entertainment.

WHO:

  • Toni Valliere, KCRA-TV news anchor and parent of two school-aged children, will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
