In meeting the needs of Sutor Group's intelligent factories and maintain the competitive mechanism, the Company held a special interview meeting for talents on January 11, 2017.

Along with creating a full range of intelligent factories, the Company needed more talents on technique and operation. This recruitment involved 15 occupations, including process maintenance, professional technicians and quality control management. Through online medium like Company's official WeChat, microblogs, as well as major online recruitment network, combining with offline publicity, the Company intended to search suitable talents on wide range. After several rounds of screening, the Company selected numbers of targeted candidates to attend special interview. Adhere to governance concept of 'people-oriented', the Company arranged four parts of background introduction, exhibition hall visit, Propaganda film view and factory visit before formal interview, which helped candidates to have a full understanding of Company's work atmosphere.

The winter talent recruitment went smoothly under well arrangement. Sutor Group will continue to implement talent innovation after factory upgrading, and expects to build itself into an industry model.
