DISSOLUTION OF AN INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY -Q'SON KUECHEN KULTUR CO., LTD

The Board of Directors (the "Board" or "Directors") of Singapore Kitchen Equipment Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Q'son Kuechen Kultur Co., Ltd ("QKK"), a limited liability company with one member incorporated in Vietnam which was dormant for the past few years has been dissolved. However, the Company will still pursue opportunities in Vietnam when they arise without incurring expenses for maintaining an entity in Vietnam.

The dissolution of QKK is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the dissolution of QKK (save for their respective shareholdings in the Company).
