Joseph A. LoCicero, President & CEO of The Segal Group, has announced that Carole Henry has joined the firm’s West Region as Vice President and Health Benefits Manager in its Phoenix office. Ms. Henry has extensive experience in healthcare and the insurance industry, most recently as vice president of underwriting for Coventry Health (wholly owned subsidiary of Aetna) for four states: Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She has also held positions at Lovelace Health System, Presbyterian Health, Kaiser Permanente of Ohio and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina.
Mr. LoCicero commented, “Carole’s leadership experience gained through her management roles for local and regional underwriting operations adds to our ability to service a broad array of clients throughout the West Region.”
Ms. Henry is managing the public sector health practice in Segal’s Phoenix office. She is also assisting with thought leadership for new business development and is supporting existing client relationships.
Ms. Henry is reporting to Steve Ohanian, West Region Health Practice Leader.
