Sale of Lemtronics business
Further to Lemarne's recent ASX release on 7 October 2011, we
are pleased to announce that the sale of the shares of
Lemtronics Sdn Bhd to Paramit Corporation has been
completed.
Consideration of US$ 20 million was received in connection
with the sale of which US$ 4 million has been set aside in an
escrow account as security for any warranty claims from
Paramit.
In connection with the sale, Lemarne has declared a special
unfranked dividend of $3.25 per share ($3.25 conduit foreign
income) to be paid on 9 January 2012 to shareholders on the
register as at close of business on 16 December 2011.
