SNS Reaal NV : Appointment new managing boards SNS Bank NV, REAAL NV and SRLEV NV and Reaal Schadeverzekeringen NV

As of 1 July, the Executive Board of SNS REAAL NV appoints new managing boards for SNS Bank NV and REAAL NV. The composition of the managing boards of SRLEV NV and Reaal Schadeverzekeringen NV also changes as of 1 July. 'The formation of the new top-level management structure is a continuation of the path already chosen towards the separation of SNS REAAL's Banking and Insurance activities,' says Gerard van Olphen, Chairman of the Executive Board of SNS REAAL NV.

Dick Okhuijsen remains Chairman of the statutory board of directors of SNS Bank NV and, as member of the Executive Board of SNS REAAL NV, responsible for the Banking activities. Moreover, the managing board of
SNS Bank NV comprises the following statutory directors:

Rob Langezaal, Chief Commercial Officer
Alexander Baas, Chief Operations Officer
Annemiek van Melick, Chief Finance Officer
Martijn Wissels, Chief Risk Officer

In addition, Jeroen de Graaf, Director of Communications, Strategy and Business Development, is part of the management team of SNS Bank NV.

Wim Henk Steenpoorte remains Chairman of REAAL NV, SRLEV NV and Reaal Schadeverzekeringen NV and, as member of the Executive Board of SNS REAAL NV, responsible for the Insurance activities. As of 1 July, the holding REAAL NV will get the trade name of VIVAT Verzekeringen. The brands under VIVAT Verzekeringen remain the same: Reaal, Zwitserleven, Zelf, Route Mobiel and Proteq Dier & Zorg.
As of 1 July, Asset manager SNS Asset Management continues under the name ACTIAM NV.

Apart from Wim Henk Steenpoorte, the statutory boards of directors of REAAL NV (trade name VIVAT Verzekeringen), SRLEV NV and Reaal Schadeverzekeringen NV, comprises the following directors:

Seada van den Herik, Director of Zwitserleven
Marcel van der Meulen, Director of Reaal
Jacob de Wit, Director of Asset Management
Arjen Schouten, Chief Finance Officer
Willem Horstmann, Chief Risk Officer

In addition, Marcel van de Lustgraaf, Director of ITC and Facility Management, and Boaz Magid, Director of Balance Sheet Management, are part of the management team of VIVAT Verzekeringen.
