SIFCO Industries : Names Derek Hallmark as General Manager of SIFCO Orange

ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT - SIFCO Orange

I'm pleased to announce that Derek Hallmark has been named as the General Manager for SIFCO Orange. Derek has been serving as the acting Operations Director in Orange. Under his leadership, Orange has maneuvered through significant operational challenges in recent months, and the team is now positioned to focus on continuous improvement throughout the business.

Derek is a veteran leader with deep aerospace experience. He joined SIFCO in May 2017 as a Regional Sales Manager. Prior to SIFCO, Derek held the position of Business Development and Sales Manager for R&R Aerospace, and Operations and General Manager for TECT Aerospace and TECT Power.

Reporting to Derek will be Sam Hathaway, Facilities and Maintenance Manager; Marilyn Marrero, Director, Human Resources; Maria Rodriguez, Safety and Environmental Health Manager; Steve Romanoff, Interim Engineering Manager; Elsa Vidal, Controller; and Victor Zepeda, Quality Manager. The Operations management team members will also report directly to Derek: Candido Ochoa, Operations; Heri Vivar, Production Planning; and Jose Hernandez, Production Control & Outside Processing.

Derek is excited about his new role and is looking forward to building a strong leadership team, creating an open-door culture and becoming a high performing solutions provider for our customers.
